Title: The Good Dinosaur (2015) Director: Peter Sohn Genre: Drama, Adventure, Golden Fleece, Buddy Love Review Film by Andika Hilman This movie follows the formula of making a good story to the tea. It's told in the simplest way. The first act is kinda too long and the climax is kinda out of nowhere. It's also obvious that this movie tries to copy the success of 'The Lion King' scenes, including the father-son bonding moment, Mufasa's death, and Mufasa appearing altough he's alread dead.  As it follows the formula, the story is actually told well. Maybe the audiences just want something more intense. Although this movie is really good for the kids and not-annoying for the parents. 17 Again (2009) Director: Burr Steers Genre: Romcom This film is great! The writing is awesome. It feels like the creators had a vision where to take this movie and they nailed it. It doesn't just have an awesome premise, but the plot and how it's told are amazing. Very well done. It's cute, it's romantic, it's touching, it's deep, and it's totally fun. The only flaws that I notice from this movie are, first of all, the comedy doesn't land at all. It's super lame. The worst bit is actually when they think a horny girl is funny, which is totally wrong and normal. Sometimes the punchline is just: Hey I'm a woman and I'm horny. Which is so outdated. There are 3 main characters in this new 'The Marvels' movie: Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers), Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan), and Photon (Monica Rambeau). From what I see so far, their characters' traits are: - Carol is an assertive and independent woman who likes to work alone. - Kamala is a young, energetic and passionate teenager who just got her superpower. - Monica is honestly just another assertive, independent, and reliable leader so far. Movie Review Title: Thor: Love and Thunder (2022) Director: Taika Waititi Genre: Superhero, Comedy, Action I just watched it on Disney+. I didn't watch it on theater because the reviews were so bad. But after I watched it I was like "What's wrong with those reviewers???"  This movie is AMAZING! It's not just a cinematic journey, but also a spiritual journey with our "og" avengers: Thor (Chris Hemsworth). Thor is one of the most unique Avengers because through out his movies, his identity changed a lot! IDENTITY becomes Thor's most relevant keyword and Taika seems to know that. MOVIE REVIEW Judul: Mumun (2022) Sutradara: Rizal Mantovani Genre: Horor Komedi Aku tidak tahu apa yang ingin dicapai dari film ini. Film ini adalah regenerasi dari serial TV legendaris berjudul 'Jadi Pocong' tahun 2002 karya komedian favorit kita yang juga bermain dalam film ini, yaitu H. Mandra. Sayangnya Rizal Mantovani tampak tidak cukup ambisius dalam menggarap film ini. Dari plot yang membingungkan sampai momen horor yang dibangun sangat klise cukup menegaskan statement ku tersebut. Gue baru aja nonton Snow White (1937) untuk pertama kalinya. Dan bagus banget! Terutama untuk sebuah film animasi panjang pertama dari Disney, yang pada masanya, masih menggunakan teknik seadanya. I like Gotham! Gotham is my current favorite show, which is sad because it's on its final season this year. If you by any chance doesn't know anything about the show, Gotham is a TV series on Fox that tells a story about where Batman was born, a city full of criminals and monsters called Gotham. It's about all the people around Batman when he's still a young rich kid called Bruce Wayne. It's a really thrilling series and I highly recommend it. There are SO MANY characters in Gotham, well, as many as the characters in Batman's comics. Below there are my most favorite characters among them. People that I always root for them. Check them out! S TILL LOVING IT! I just rewatched Sherlock S2E1 and I love it so much!!! Aw aw aw~ Shouldn't watch it tho because exams are coming soon, but really I still love Sherlock Holmes until today. I've read some of the books and I really like the visual interpretation of Holmes life by Cumberbatch cs. Sherlock Holmes amusing stories and charisma always encourage me too be smart and logical, and yes, I like being smart. That's always and will always be the way how people see me (I hope lol).
